By accessing or using Battora, you agree to these terms and our Privacy and Cookie Policies. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Battora on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law says otherwise. We may require verification or restrict access to protect Battora and its users.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Battora a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, and improve the service and fulfil features you request. Public profiles and approved submissions may be visible to other users and search engines.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for submitted text, images, music, video, trademarks, personal information, and other material. You are responsible for releases, licences, credits, and disclosures relating to your content.

You may not use Battora to:

• break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or mislead others;
• publish illegal, dangerous, hateful, sexually exploitative, or abusive material;
• impersonate others, manipulate engagement, send spam, or generate invalid advertising activity;
• upload malware, probe security, bypass access controls, scrape protected data, or disrupt the service;
• use automation to publish deceptive, plagiarised, or low-value content at scale.

We may review, reject, remove, restrict, or report content and accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or protect people and the service.

Prices, deliverables, cancellation terms, taxes, and payment conditions shown for a transaction form part of that transaction. Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms. Unless Battora expressly agrees otherwise, creators, companies, bookers, and other users remain responsible for their arrangements and legal obligations to one another.

Battora may provide editorial, search, recommendation, transcription, or drafting features assisted by automation or artificial intelligence. Outputs may contain errors and require human review. Do not rely on them as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Battora and its licensors own the service, software, branding, designs, and materials we provide, excluding your content. These terms do not transfer those rights. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

We work to keep Battora reliable, but the service may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Battora is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We do not guarantee discovery, bookings, income, publication, search ranking, or advertising results.

You may stop using Battora at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security threats, non-payment, legal requirements, or harm to others. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as Battora evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Applicable law governs these terms without overriding mandatory consumer protections. Questions or legal notices may be sent to hello@battora.com.
